AMIGOS 45TH ANNIVERSARY GAMEDAY PROMOTION
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR ORDER NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Description. The Amigos 45th Anniversary Gameday Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on August 13, 2025, and ends on September 23, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CDT (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, registered users of Amigos’ mobile application can enter a sweepstakes drawing (the “Sweepstakes”) for a chance to win by placing an order or submitting an entry as further described in Section 4 below.
2. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Growth Management Corporation-Nebraska, doing business as Amigos/Kings Classic/Kopeli, 4200 South 14th Street, Lincoln, NE 68502 (“Sponsor”).
3. Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the continental United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and of Sponsor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses) and members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer, and director, who are not eligible to be awarded a prize.
4. How To Enter. Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways:
A. By Making a Purchase. During the Promotion Period.Entrants will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes per transaction by making a purchase (i) at a participating Amigos restaurant by scanning their account on the Amigos App at checkout; or (ii) by placing an online order for either pickup or delivery using the Amigos App. Entrants must be registered with the Amigos App and in compliance with the Amigos App’s Terms of Use at https://www.amigoskings.com/terms-use to enter. If you are not a registered user of the Amigos App, you can register for free on your mobile device at amigoskings.myguestaccount.com.
B. Without Making a Purchase. During the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes by sending a letter containing your first and last name, age, email, address, and daytime telephone number by mail to the Amigos corporate office address listed below. Entrants must write “VIP Game Day APP Giveaway Promotion” in the letter. If you send a letter that conforms to these requirements, you will be an entrant and you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. If the letter does not correspond to these rules, you will not receive an entry.

5. Limits on Entries. Each eligible entrant is limited to one (1) entry per hour, and a total of four (4) entries per day, regardless of the method of entry.
6. Selection of Winners. At the end of each week during the Promotion Period, an “Amigos for a Year Prize” will be awarded to each of four (4) entries that will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the period from the commencement of the Promotion through midnight on Tuesday preceding the drawing. Non-winning entries will be carried over to the subsequent weekly drawings. The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee using electronic randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In addition to the Amigos for a Year Prizes, at the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one of the twenty-four (24) winners of the Amigos for a Year Prizes. The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected in a drawing conducted using randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
7. Winner Notification. You are not a winner until your eligibility has been verified, and it is determined that you have complied with all terms of these Official Rules. After being selected, each potential winner will be notified by e-mail using the contact information associated with the winner’s account on the Amigos App. To receive the prize, the potential winner must send a response to Sponsor’s email with their contact and mailing information within one (1) business day after Sponsor sends the notification. Each potential winner who fails to respond to the initial notification email within one (1) business day will forfeit any claim to the prize. For each prize, the Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner (using the same selection process as before). Sponsor reserves the right to not award any prize if the initial and any subsequent potential winners do not timely respond to the notification sent by Sponsor.
8. Grand Prize. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, one (1) winner will be awarded a Husker Gameday VIP Grand Prize consisting of the following VIP Packages:
The Husker Football Gameday VIP Prize: This prize consists of two (2) tickets for seats in the club section of Memorial Stadium for the University of Nebraska football game against Northwestern University on October 25, 2025. The winner will also receive two (2) Hawks Champion Center Tailgate Fan Passes and UNL’s Tunnel Walk plus Sideline Access Passes to observe the pre-game events. In addition, if the Huskers participate in a post-season bowl game, this winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend the Husker Bowl Game Adventure, which includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from Lincoln or Omaha and two (2) nights of lodging as approved by Sponsor. The total cost of lodging, including room charge, taxes, trip insurance and facility fees, cannot exceed $2,400. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Football Gameday VIP Prize, including only game tickets and other game day activities, is approximately $600. The ARV for the Bowl Game Adventure cannot exceed an additional $500. Some restrictions apply.

The Husker Volleyball Gameday VIP Prize: This prize consists of two (2) reserve seat tickets for a 2025 season University of Nebraska Women’s Volleyball Game at the Deveney Sports Center. The game selection must be mutually agreeable to the Sponsor and winner. The prize includes two (2) pre-game Private Tour Team-Encounter Passes by a University Representative. The ARV of this prize, including game tickets, VIP access and club experiences, is approximately $300. Some restrictions apply.

The Husker Men’s Basketball Gameday VIP Prize: This prize consists of two (2) suite tickets for a 2025-26 season University of Nebraska Men’s Basketball Game. The game selection must be mutually agreeable to the Sponsor and winner. The winner will also receive two (2) passes to a pre-game reception tailgate at a Hospitality Suite with food service at Pinnacle Bank Arena. The ARV of this prize including the game tickets and tailgate is approximately $300. Some restrictions apply.
Other than the Bowl Game Adventure, Sponsor is not responsible for (1) travel costs to and from the event venue, including parking fees, (2) any disruptions, delays, flight cancellations, change fees, health-related issues, or any other interference which arises that prevents the Grand Prize winner from attending the event, or (3) food, lodging and any other costs associated with travel. No substitution, modification, assignment, or transfer of a Grand Prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with another prize of greater or equal value, including cash. If a winner rejects, forfeits or otherwise fails to timely claim or book the Grand Prize, an alternate winner will be selected from the pool of the “Amigos Free for a Year” winners. If the Grand Prize Winner is under the age of 21 and the selected sport venue requires guests to be 21 years of age or older, the Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied by an individual who is at least 21 years of age. Failure to meet any age requirement at any event facility may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and Sponsor shall not be responsible for providing an alternative. All details of the Grand Prize not set forth herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 9. Amigos for a Year Prizes. Twenty-four (24) entries will be awarded an “Amigos for a Year Prize” consisting of Amigos reward credits good for one (1) free Combo Meal per week for a year all redeemable through the Amigos App at a participating Amigos restaurant. The ARV of each Amigos for a Year Prize is $600. The Amigos for a Year Prize will be uploaded to the winners’ account on the Amigos App. The credit for each free Combo Meal must be redeemed before 11:59 p.m. on each Sunday of the week that the credit is delivered to the account. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of an Amigos for a Year Prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute another prize of greater or equal value, including cash. Weekly reward credits may not be accumulated or carried over to a subsequent week but will be forfeited if not timely redeemed. All details of the Amigos for a Year Prize not set forth herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning an Amigos for a Year Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are one in twenty-four (1:24) based on the number of Amigos for a Year Prize winners.
11. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, a winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes (i) the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name and/or image and to publish the same; and (ii) a promotional release granting Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name and image for advertising and publicity purposes, in both instances without payment or additional consideration.
12. Taxes and Expenses. The value of a prize may be taxable to each winner as income. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner, and if requested, each winner must provide his/her social security number for tax reporting purposes. The winner is also responsible for (i) applicable sales and local taxes and (ii) for delivery charges if the Amigos for a Year Prize is not picked up at an Amigos Restaurant.
13. Entry Conditions and Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) that the decisions of Sponsor are binding and final in all matters relating to the administration and operation of this Promotion (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of the winners, and the awarding of the prizes); (iii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a submission of an entry and acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and (iv) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to submission of an entry and/or acceptance of a prize.
14. Limitations of Liability. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether or not caused by an entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; or (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the Amigos APP.
15. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves all rights to modify, suspend, alter, or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time without notice, in whole or in part, for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that Sponsor determines does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or is in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor will issue and file an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent tax withholding documentation for the retail value of any prize or other items of value transferred to each prize winner by the Sponsor in accordance with IRS requirements, and Sponsor may also share such documentation with a state or local government agency as required by law. Refusal or failure of a prize winner to satisfy all necessary and appropriate tax, withholding or other requirements, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in a forfeiture of the prize by the prize winner and an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will award prizes subject to any applicable withholding taxes, and the amount of the prize transferred, as reduced by any applicable withholding taxes, will constitute full payment of the prize, as applicable. Any attempt by any person to deliberately interfere with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek recovery from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to the winner or potential winner who is unable, unavailable, or otherwise fails to accept and/or redeem the prize as described herein.
16. Disputes. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nebraska, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nebraska or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nebraska. Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall (i) be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) be resolved exclusively by the appropriate Nebraska court or the United States District Court located in Lancaster County, Nebraska. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will such awardable costs include attorneys' fees. Under no circumstances will any entrant or winner be permitted to obtain an award for, and all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential and any other damages and rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, are hereby waived, it being acknowledged that the award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs as described herein. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. Personal Information. Except as otherwise provided in these Rules, information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, including each entrant’s email address and phone number, will be used by Sponsor only in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which is posted online at https://amigoskings.com/privacy-policy.

Please note on the front left-hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of the “Winners”. All requests for the name of the winners must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
